Unboxing My August 2013 BDJ Box

This is my very first BDJ Box so I was so excited when I (finally) received it yesterday. This month's box is focused on giving us our best skin care products with Shiseido's Ibuki line. It was great to know that the line was designed to deal with our lifestyle and in making sure that our skin will be strong enough to resist the stresses that we undergo throughout the day. Nice, right?

Ibuki, which means inner strength in Japanese, infuses the skin with long-lasting moisture, protecting it from within. The prices of full-sized Shiseido Ibuki line contained in my box ranges from Php1495-3250 (probably the reason why they come in sample sizes).

Despite being a bit disappointed because all of them are in pint sizes, I am very happy with the brand itself as Shiseido is one of the premium brands when it comes to skin care and beauty products. I also learned that these are deluxe sample sizes of an exclusive Ibuki line -- first released in the Philippines through BDJ Box. Simply put, what we actually paid for this box is the chance to experience the skin care line firsthand before being available in the market. :) I already tried the Shiseido Ibuki Gentle cleanser and I love how soft and smooth my skin has become after just one wash! With this, the August 2013 BDJ Box is a true epitome of "QUALITY over QUANTITY".

It is hard to compute my savings for this box because the sample sizes are not for sale. I'll do this next month (hopefully, they will include full-sized products in September BDJ Boxes).
